Intense leg session with my good mates Fresh and Maya.

Leg Workout Routine:

We always start our leg day with a few warm up sets, in this video we started off with leg extensions, leg curls (Including Gironda leg curl) and Glute bridges.

After the sets mentioned above, we we're fully warmed up and ready to take on the compound exercises.
Our working sets includes of SST(Sarcoplasmic Stimulating Training) with Squats - heavy sets, time under tension and high reps.

Hack squats facing the machine(heels are higher and more emphasis on the glutes) then the other way round to lay more ephasis on the quads.

We love the leg press machine as it targets multiple muscles and with leg press we focus on repetition. As the video shows at [24:08]
In this leg workout we are doing a GIANT set of 100 reps (10 slow reps to start with then 90 fast reps )

Leg extension FST 10
With this exercise we did 10 sets of 10 reps and 10 seconds rest

Hamstring curl FST 10
With this exercise we did 10 sets of 10 reps and 10 seconds rest

*swap barbell for dumbbells | swap box for bench or shorter platform

superset | 3 sets
10 straight leg DL to sumo squat
10 single leg straight leg DL on each leg

superset | 3 sets on leg press
10 sumo press
10 frog press | place feet at higher position

burn out | 2 sets on small platform
10 sumo squat to curtsy lunge | keep tension in quad throughout entire movement
10 single leg hip up
10 hip ups
10 other leg single leg hip up

Playing Beat Saber is such a fun VR experience and it can give you a great workout if you push yourself. In this video, we demonstrate how to add extra moves and exercises in the rest sections of the game that will give you an incredible leg workout.

We took 4 video clips from a half hour VR workout to create this video. The exercises used are Air Squats, Side and Forward Lunges. We also played Beat Saber on the Hard level to give more time to add the extra exercises.

We used a 10lb weighted vest for more resistance.

Anyone that has ever struggled to build muscle has likely dealt with skinny legs and become frustrated trying to add mass. In this video, I’m going to give you 4 leg workout tips for mass that will help even the hardest of hardgainers to pack on size and start bulking up your legs in no time.

The first thing that most guys with skinny legs get wrong is that they allow their ego and self consciousness get in the way of what they should be doing in their leg workouts. No doubt, it can be a bit intimidating to watch others around you squat multiple plates while you are struggling to lift even one big plate for clean reps. That’s ok. Everyone starts somewhere and if you choose to start further ahead of where you should be it is a mistake that is going to hold you back for years to come.

Most guys with skinny legs will put more weight on the bar than they can handle in the squat and then proceed to crank out quarter reps. Not only is this robbing your legs of the stress that they can handle but you are doing this at the exclusion of doing the reps you should be doing to build bigger legs the right way. 250g flour
1 tablespoons ground ginger
50g coconut sugar or brown sugar
100g honey
50g butter
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 egg

Mix flour and ginger together in a bowl.

Melt sugar, butter and honey in a saucepan and then add the bicarbonate of soda to the melted mixture.

Add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture and stir in together. Add the egg until you get a dough consistency.
Wrap in clingfilm and chill in fridge for 20 mins.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius and line...

Workout #1: 5-Minute Leg Burner (0:11)

Set a timer for 30 seconds intervals and move right from one exercise to the next. Complete 2 rounds through the circuit.

Workout #2: The 1-Minute Lower Body Max Out (1:20)

Set a timer for 1 minute intervals. Complete as many reps in that time as you can then rest 20 seconds and move on to the next exercise. After the entire circuit is done, rest up to 1 minute and repeat for 3-5 rounds. If the move is unilateral, you can switch at 30 seconds or just perform an even number of rounds.

First we go through a working warm-up superset of leg extensions and leg curls. We do 4 total sets to get the quads, hamstrings and glutes pre-fatigued before we move over to squats. Here we cover the proper way of how-to do a squat. After we move to lunges, where we first talk about an alternating lunge to help target more of the quads, followed by walking lunges to help target more of the glutes and hamstrings. Next we cover the two types of deadlifts - the stiff legged deadlift, for targeting the glutes and hamstrings, and then a dumbbell deadlift for putting a little more emphasis on the quads. Lastly we cover some alternate exercises, such as hyperextensions, as well as proper technique and form for the leg press machine.
