Follow along bodyweight workout I did at the gym the other day. Wanted to share one round with you. Come do this Bodyweight HIIT workout with me - This is RAW but I like to take you inside my training sometimes.

If you want to develop six pack abs you may think that you have to spend hours a day trying to get one. That is not the case at all. If you are able to commit to a consistent but short effort you will be amazed at how much better your abs could look in a short period of time when combined with a focused attention to what you eat as well.

In this video, I have a short 7 minute ab workout for you to do along with me. As you will see and feel, an ab workout does not have to be long to be effective. As a matter of fact, I would probably say that the longer the ab workout goes, the less effective it becomes. The key to this working is that it is short enough to allow you to do it on a regular basis without having to fight to schedule it into your day.

Remember, the key to getting a six pack is consistency. Now, don’t think that just because you might be doing the same set of exercises that it is becoming less effective. It is not. The choice of ab exercises in this workout is broad enough so as to cover all of the major functions of the abs. There are bottom up movements that better hit the lower abs. There are rotational...

An ab workout doesn’t have to be long to be effective, but it should be more frequent. In this video, I’m going to give you the exact ab workout routine to do 6 days a week (take one off day) for just 10 minutes at a time. There are beginner and advanced ab exercises so anyone can take part in the workout and even challenge a friend to see who can last longer.

The rules of this ab workout are pretty straight forward. First, identify whether you will be following the beginner or advanced version of the workout. There are 8 ab exercises for each level. Simply choose any 5 for your workout. You may change the ab exercises that you are picking on any given day, just remember to only pick 5.

Perform each of the exercises for abs for one minute in a 50 second on, 10 second off format. Your rest time here will be short so you will want to make sure that you are using this time only to transition to the next exercise in the workout. Perform each of the 5 exercises and then repeat, except on the second time through you are going to use a 40 second on, 20 second off format. This is to build in additional rest as you...

Handstands are about building awareness and creating new neurological pathways in our brain. Even tho some level of shoulder and core stability is required, handstands are mastered once we become conscious of where our body is in space. By exposing ourself to the position on a frequent basis, we are guarantee to be able to balance upside down. It is just like learning how to walk :)
